Does anything post without my approval?

No. Every draft waits for you. Read it, edit it if you like, and click Publish — nothing reaches LinkedIn until you do. There is no scheduled or automatic posting.

Where does it publish?

To your own LinkedIn profile, through the official LinkedIn API. You connect it once; Growty never scrapes LinkedIn or logs in as you, and disconnecting deletes the access token immediately.

What happens to my CV?

It is read in memory to draft your profile. The file and its raw text are never stored — only the profile fields you review and approve are saved. The extracted text is processed by OpenAI in the United States, which does not train on it and deletes it within 30 days.

Do I need to work in tech?

No. For nurses, lawyers, recruiters, teachers, engineers — anyone with real work to talk about. The writing rules and the voice profile are about how you talk about your work, not which field you are in.

What if the draft sounds like a machine?

Every draft is checked against six hard rules that strip the AI tells — no generalizations, no "I realized", no slogans, no lecturing — and rewritten until it passes. And you always read it before it publishes.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@growty.ai from your account address. We delete your account, voice profile, drafts and any LinkedIn data we hold within 30 days. Disconnecting LinkedIn in the app removes the access token right away.
