By accessing or using Growty.ai ("the Service"), operated by Diojen Tech FZ-LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Growty.ai is an AI-powered personal brand management platform designed for technical founders. The Service includes:

• AI-powered content generation based on your voice profile
• Personal brand and project management tools
• Content calendar and task management
• Quality validation against our 6 Universal Rules
• Integration with social media platforms (when available)
• Analytics dashboard with engagement tracking

2.1 Third-Party Integrations

When you connect your LinkedIn account:

• You authorize us to publish content on your behalf
• We periodically sync engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) for your analytics
• Your LinkedIn access tokens are stored securely and encrypted
• You can disconnect your account at any time from Settings

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Create misleading content or impersonate others
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Generate content promoting hate, violence, or discrimination

5. Content Ownership and Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service (profile information, projects, drafts, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve the Service.

5.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI based on your input belongs to you. However, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before publishing or sharing it.

5.3 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Diojen Tech FZ-LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that:

• AI content should be reviewed before publishing
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
• You are solely responsible for content you publish using the Service
• Our 6 Universal Rules help improve quality but do not guarantee perfection

7. Payment and Subscription

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide accurate billing information
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for refund requests.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of AI-generated content

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIOJEN TECH FZ-LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diojen Tech FZ-LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
